Free shipping within Australia. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
International
All shipping prices are exclusive of additional import taxes. The buyer will be responsible for any import taxes that are applicable.
Free Pick-Up
For customers in Melbourne, free-pick up can be arranged from Collingwood. Please select the pick-up option at the checkout and I will contact you to organise a time and to provide you with the address.
Returns
Full refunds are only offered in the unlikely occasion that the product or artwork is damaged in transit. In order to process you return, I must be informed within 14 days from you receiving your purchase. Returns will be accepted via shipping or drop-off to a location in Collingwood. Please e-mail seanmcdowellart@yahoo.com.au if you would like to return a product or artwork. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs that may be associated with the return of a product. Artworks must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and must be wrapped, packaged and shipped using a tracked and insured courier service.
